Brandi Kohr, LISW QCSW SAP
Ms. Kohr is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Board Certified Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Provider. She received her Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. She is currently a member of the SAMI (substance abuse and mental illness) Committee; Program manager/leader ASAP – Assaulted Staff Action Program; Environment of Care Community with NBHS and a Ready Responder with the Ohio Reserve Medical Corps.
Her experience includes working with adults and minors, completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, individual, group and family therapy, risk assessments, drug and alcohol assessments and counseling/interventions.
